Due to the coronavirus my husband & I who both have compromised health issues are canceling our cruise in 10 days. Can not get through on phone lines being on hold for hrs and multiple times. I understand this situation but they should have an army of people handy.

Hello all, My wife and I along with another couple recently sailed to Los Cabos on a 5 day cruise on the Royal Princess. We had left Los Angeles on February 1st and returned February 6th on the Royal Princess (Booking #CX4Q6M). Everything was good, we had a great time and enjoyed the ship. What a SCAM!!! I have cruised with Princess several times(making me a Platinum member) and thought taking my family to Hawaii from SF Pier 27 would be convenient(Nov 3-Nov 18, 2019, Grand Princess) for $8000.00 USD. Alaska cruise from Vancouver had propulsion issues prior to leaving port....people should have been given the option not to cruise and a full refund. Why is it that businesses can keep your money for items they do not deliver? When issues with our port propulsion motor prevented us from calling to Juneau as scheduled, we worked to secure an alternate port and to provide our guests with compensation for this change. Was removed from the ships Casino for being underage after we were told the night before we were aloud in the casino by a worker that checked our age and said we were of age. We have spent large amounts of money on the ship and are very disappointed in the confusion of this cruise line..

Terrible terrible terrible cruise line! I've been on 8 cruises and this was by far the worst! If you're a person of color.. this cruise line is NOT FOR YOU! You have been warned. They racially profiled my brother. Took all of our luggage to be checked when we got off the boat, only to find nothing and not answer any of our questions. We loved Alaska and the shore excursions we did there. Princess Cruises, not so much.... I wanted to try Princess Cruises because I thought the demographics might be more fitting for my husband and I as we are in our thirties. After reading these negative reviews, I felt compelled to write one with a different perspective. My husband and I have taken 9 cruises with Princess and will be departing on our 10th cruise next week. We have been totally satisfied 95% of the time. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of two things: the buffet/wait staff on one Caribbean Cruise was not friendly (they usually are) and one time there was a mix-up on our room assignment (which was corrected within the hour).
