I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Princess Auto. The lady who sits at the solutions desk (her name starts with N) has absolutely no manners and no sense of professionalism. I’ve been coming to this location for the last two months, and every single time she’s been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It honestly feels like she doesn’t care about customers at all. Went to princess auto in owensound. Great service.
We were looking for a sale item and couldn't find it. Team member Lorraine was able to help us quickly. She made us feel valued as a customer while noting it's a team effort to support customers needs. WOW, I hope the new manager recognizes this high value staff member... keep up the good work!!
Always have what I am looking for, always something on sale I need.
