I just went to the Princess Auto for the first time today in Langford. The store was immaculate and the staff were incredibly helpful. Found what I wanted right away with the friendly help of the staff. Lots of great products there. Will definitely be back.
The quality of customer service has gone downhill compared to the past few years... I visited the store again today and was going in circles hoping to find someone to help with locating a tool, after almost 15 minutes I decided to walk to the customer service area and ask for help.
