Very good store with great products and very competitive prices. Overall, it’s definitely worth shopping there. However, my experience at checkout was not pleasant. The cashier who assisted me, Raven, had an unfriendly attitude. She spoke very softly, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself, she seemed annoyed and made uncomfortable facial expressions. Customer service is very important, and unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. I hope this can be improved, because the store itself is very good.
Phoned today for a trailer brake controller and harnesses. The salesman helping had absolutely no clue what it was. I had to repeat myself the whole time with what it is that i wanted. Then he told me that there is only one person working with trailer brakes and he leaves at 16:30. This cant be exceptable . How does Princess Auto take care of their customers like this ?? I am not sure why incapable people would be taking calls helping the public, and i definitely don’t understand why Princess Auto employees are not clued up ... read more
Same thing happens every time!! You guys advertise these awesome deals in your flyer but unless you are there in the first ten minutes of the first day you won't get one. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. Take your flyer and shove it. Place is brutal.
