Im telling you its when my senior parents come in your store faithfully every month and my father is seeing imapaired come home upset over their visit to your store theres a problem! Shame on your staff today for being nasty to your customers! You dont even deserve a 1 for a rating!

Friendly staff, but the worst inventory accuracy and coordination I’ve seen at any Princess Auto. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Princess Auto, but the Dartmouth location is consistently a letdown. Every time I check stock online and go in, the item is either missing, misplaced, or the staff can’t find it. The employees are friendly, but the store feels completely uncoordinated.
