Amazing place for people who like to tinker! And lots of tools, automotive tools, farm tools, and even winch supplies! Staff is always friendly!
Called today tried to put the product number in by phone to check availability I would not work, So I spoke to someone a lady , who answered the phone that was very abrupt. Not very good phone etiquette at all kind of rude not asking me to hold on just shoving me on wait times not even telling me , I did not know what was going on. your staff need better phone etiquette, and customer service, on the phone 😤
Cashier Jennifer gave me $5 less in change! Train your cashiers to count properly, and customers — always double-check your change.
