I would like please, to inform that Dana the employee that works for Dr, B. Bhattacharrya is a very diligent, helpful.polite, knowledgeable, sincere with her job, takes her time to make sure that she's doing her job correctly,presents herself well, with a smile everytime we go to the clinic. You should have more employees like her.
Never answer the phones and lie about relaying messages to the doctor. Waiting for a prescription to be filled for over a month!!!
John is professional and knows his job. He is always help me whenever I need to make appointments and very thorough with his work,Great customer service. Dr Bi is the best doctor and he always spend time with his patient, listen when I told him my problem .And always gave the right medication.He is not the types of some doctors who push on medicine.He always make sure the right way for his own patient.
