John is professional and knows his job. He is always help me whenever I need to make appointments and very thorough with his work,Great customer service. Dr Bi is the best doctor and he always spend time with his patient, listen when I told him my problem .And always gave the right medication.He is not the types of some doctors who push on medicine.He always make sure the right way for his own patient.
Waited 2 months for an appointment then I got a call days prior that they needs to push it back over a month. Finally my appointment is coming up and the day before my appointment got another phone call that they need to push my appointment back but they don’t know how far and maybe the appointment needs to be canceled. There are far more important things that I would need to trust this doctor and practice to manage with regards to my health than the simple task of managing appointments.
