We have had some very lovely nursing staff, but had some horrid staff as well. There does not seem to be any communication whatsoever. My husband who is paralysed and can not feed himself has misss many meals as they simply place it out of his reach and leave it. We almost had a nurse administer a very dangerous dose of insulin as well and when it was raised with the doctor and head nurse were greeted with hostility. Durante 6 horas han tenido a mi sobrina esperando en urgencias y al atenderla, luego de pagar 600 dólares, no le hicieron absolutamente nada; le indicaron que debían hacerle una cirugía al día siguiente pero la enviaron a la casa sin más ni más. Espero que la atiendan mejor en su regreso y que las manos de Dios estén guiando las del especialista.
Horrendous wait times and service would not recommend to anyone
Considering I always use the other main hospital but this was my first ever surgery, now I had a fair bit of concern about it but the teams there were absolutely amazing, friendly and funny! Even playing a practical joke when administrating the general anathesia (which a very good distraction to be fair lol) the whole thing was smooth, fast and the team helped me with everything and is highly recommended for anyone who may doubt the hospital as I once did, they are really fantastic and a huge thank you to them for doing such... read more
My cancer journey is ending this week. My treatment has been at eight mile plains cancer ward run by P.A hospital. (Currently NED) I can't find the words for the graditude that I have. I felt silly going to ED for flu and COVID but I did this on medical advice provided by my oniconglist team at the time as I was going thru chemotherapy at the time.
