I had a fall and broke my C6 neck bone. I was so pleased when I won the P.A. hospital to be taken to. Yes, as soon as I arrived at the P.A. I was treated as 'special' and felt 'protected'. I spent a few days in hospital and I was treated perfectly and it looks like I will end up having an operation which could cause me to be paralized. I'm 73 so I've had a good run. Sorry I'm in too much pain typing this now but I will try to update my review later. Good luck in your battles as we all have them.

I had to have a skin graff on my lower leg in Feb which was done through the plastics department, the staff took good care of me and my leg is healing nicely, I have had regular check ups and I have not had to sit and wait for long periods, basically in and out. I have no hesitation in giving a 5 star review :)

Wasnt the best experience was sedated and then woken up at 5:30 am and kicked out in the freezing cold with no where to go or anyway of contacting taxi as phone was flat and had no change if it wasnt for a nurse i cant remember her name exactly but i believe it was pamela jackson or something along those lines i really hope she sees this as she called me a cab and payed for it as well as sourced me a jumper to leave with this lady is a deadset gem and the world needs more of her honestly cant thank you enough if you see this... read more
