Thanks for not reading my feedback and sending a template response. If feedback is important and helps them improve, then how come issues I reported several times through the link similar to issues mentioned below is still happening now? Such as communication between staff doesn't happen and information is not passed on especially when patients have to cancel appointment, being blamed for staff mistakes, patients not being asked if the appointments being booked is a suitable appointment, the email address for endoscopy is no... read more

One of my siblings was unfortunate enough to have attended the Emergency department. After many examinations and assessments, and returned to the general waiting room each time, she was discharged after 21 hours without a complete diagnosis and provided a script of "heavy" medication. She was given a printout of information about the medication and a very brief side effect talk, done in the general waiting room with others listening on.
