Worst ed I have ever been to. After at least half of the patients left without medical care due to unbearable lengthy and uncomfortable wait time, still had to wait over 24 hours sitting on a chair with many others. No beds available for anybody. Maybe 3 people processed overnight from 4 pm to 9 am. Inhumane is a kind description. Don't waste your time or your life, go anywhere else!

GP written an emergency letter for my mother to attend emergency unit at PA Hospital for severe hydronephrosis to both kidney and she is 79yo. We've been waiting outside the emergency for over 5 hours and the hospital said still several hours or more to be seen by the Doctor. If you we dont want to wait you can sign the discharge form at your own risk. Not sure if this emergency unit are meant to help the patients?

Absolutely terrible. Would've given 0 stars if available. Waited for over 4 hours and everyone who was there when I arrived had been seen. To add insult to injury, over 70% of those who came after me were also seen. Gave me a container to take a urine sample but didn't say it needed to be handed to the triage nurse immediately... Horrendous way to operate...

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in the emergency department of such a poorly managed hospital. I arrived at the emergency department at 11 p.m. with severe abdominal pain and waited until 7 a.m. the following morning, but no one called my name.
