The paramedics Jane & Penny who helped me after i was in a car accident yesterday were amazing!! They both talked me through my emotions and supported me when i was feeling very overwhelmed/ shocked. I really appreciated being validated in my feelings and experience. They were very patient with me and my client. I think they’re awesome.
This hospital added a completely unrelated and false schizophrenia diagnosis to my significant other's permanent medical record when she attended for a seizure episode. We have no idea how long this has been added to her file as it was only caught recently by her GP. Following this addition to her medical record, her quality of care on subsequent hospital visits has declined dramatically to the point of hostility. This has lead to worse health outcomes for her.
Worst hospital I ever been in my life, If you got pain, injured don't go there cause its gonna spend 10Hours wait.
Im broken to say the least. This is the second time my poor mum in her 80s has been in here in past months calling me in agony. After surgery offered panadol. Come on this is not on I understand saving money on meds but this again in inhumane. This poor sweet lady im gutted yet again
