They take my son's measurements to make the ankle braces and they never called me to let me know if they were ready and they don't answer the phone or return my calls either.
We have been waiting for a prosthetic since mid October. Weeks ago we were told it would be 2 weeks. Still don’t have it and they are not answering the phone or returning my calls from their voicemail.
I had a problem with my orthotics awhile after receiving them. I called them back and they offered to remake them for me without charging me. I am very appreciative that I now have two new pairs that work perfectly.
