I went in to purchase a necklace for my mother and the Indian woman at the front was very rude/ passive aggressive and ignored me immediately as soon as another customer approached. When I was fed up with the unpleasant service and left she said to her partner “she couldn’t afford anything here anyway”. This was very disappointing since I came here before to get a watch battery replaced and bracelet resized and the man that helped me was very pleasant. So disappointing that one person can taint a businesses reputation.
got my engagement ring resized there and it broke at the resizing point 2 months after I started wearing it and started cutting into my finger. i took it back to Prince street to repair it, and two weeks later (yesterday) it broke again! the service is fast but the quality of their work is not the best in my experience, especially if you wear your jewelry daily
