Great experience on my double procedure ! Everyone was really professional and courteous.
He is very thorough & knowledgeable. His staff is great.
Procedure was very quick. I went feeling scared and anxious but Dr. Shah and Dr. Mathur made me feel very comfortable. I woke up not feeling groggy or tired. They were very efficient, made sure that I was informed and kept comfortable throughout the procedure. The RN who attended to me pre operatively was very professional and very caring. The encounter I had with each staff at Gilroy endoscopy services was with care, confidence and with professionalism.
I recently visited Dr. Shah and his team to have a routine colonoscopy. I was extremely impressed with the entire staff’s knowledge, expertise and bedside manner! The entire team made the overall experience pleasant and enjoyable! This is my second colonoscopy, and this experience at Dr. Shah’s office is world’s better than my previous experience at another hospital.I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah to anyone that needs the services of a kind, professional, knowledgeable GI specialist team.
Every member of Dr Shah’s team was professional and courteous. The colonoscopy I had was sooo much easier than expected. Definitely no reason for all the apprehension I had going in. Will definitely be going back to Dr Shah when I’m due for my next one.
Everyone took a good care for my procedures. Ms. Magarer is really kind nurse.

Great attentive staff. To make the appointment, Kristy is professional, caring, and understanding makes sure to give you and appointment that works for you. The day of the procedure ALL staff made sure I was doing good before and after the procedure. I appreciate their their kindness and well performed work.
