From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist , my nurse was so caring and helpful, the anesthesiologist was so kind, Dr. Shaw and assistant were wonderful.
My visit was very pleasant and they answered all my questions

Staff was very professional, friendly and well organized. This was my first procedure with Dr. Shah and everything seamed to go very smoothly.

Walking into Dr. Shah’s office, the staff members immediately put you at ease with their infectious smiles and truly amazing efficient conversation - getting a sometimes very unpleasant and private procedure can be somewhat intimidating and embarrassing - helps during that check-in process! Had double procedure done. In office. Was out within an hour and a half. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and went well.
The anesthesiologist, Dr Shah, & nurse that helped me during my procedure helped me feel a lot less anxious. They were so caring & comforting that I’m really glad I came here. I’m very thankful that this office gets me in as soon as possible as that was never the case with other gastroenterology offices that didn’t have appointments for months. I strongly recommend this office to everyone.
