Unbelievable Rudeness – I always give some sort of feedback, because being a business owner I feel it is a good way to meausure the suceess of your business/employees. I relocated about 5 months ago (forwarding address left to the post office) I had a rental property and I guess the tenant never paid his bill. i have been battling SERIOUS health issues over the past 4 years. and these people send a pay notice tha needed responding to, i responded immediatly to their letter , withing 5 days. they didnt respond back , they crashed my credit, no phone call,no trying to work out the situation. if you want heartless collection people who dont care about the victims circumstances, hire these evil nasty people. i hope they get sick and get behind on medical bills.
