Got a call from these people. Asked us to call back at a certain extension but never said what company it was or what the subject matter was. Has called three times now with no additional information. I am blocking the number. This is spam and they need to stop calling and bothering us.

I just got a call from this company and the associate without identifying herself starts out to be so rude!!!1. so I asked her she is with and she says prince parker and she kept cutting me off so I hung up. I googled the company and the first thing I see is another person making a comment about how rude they are!!!. Very interesting... it is definitely a trend with them.

I have actually JUST filed a greivance through the Attorney General Office in Pa because they continually call my employers AFTER being asked not to. I have also obtained an attorney and will proceed accordingly. POOR cunsumer relations.

Their clients should stop getting services from this company. I don't even owe them anything. The lady called me 2 times and she is RUDE!!! I told her the week before my account was already paid. Now for the second time, she called me and sounds like I'm lying to get away with a debt even after telling her I have confirmation email and giving her the date of payment and a valid confirmation number. VERY RUDE... I was told that she was calling to collect a debt, she said her name so quickly I didn't hear it. I asked for proof that this was my account. I was stopped at every sentence I tried to reply with continuing condescending and rude comments without providing information or answers to any of the questions I was asking regarding the account. Very helpful and polite – I had some medical bills that I just couldn't pay off. Prince Parker called and worked out a paymnt plan with me. The woman i spoke with was very helpful and polite.

Nastiest people I have ever dealt with – Girl hung up on me after I asked for a refund on my fee that they charged me for using a credit card. I was told there was a fee but it could be waived. There was "nothing" they could do. If the "conversation is being recorded for quality insurance", then why not USE it. I KNOW what I was told. I'd NEVER do business with these people if given a chance.

RUDE RUDE RUDE – This company called me this AM I think I talked with the Prince himself. I answered the phone and he started yelling at me WHY DO YOU KEEP HANGING UP ON US< WHY DO YOU KEEP HANGING UP ON US. This was the first time he contacted me. Very unprofessional & no respect for peoples privacy – I got a call from this company and she ask for some one other than me and said she called yesterday for him. I told her about what time that he be home and ask her who she was. She told me it was for an Atm and I said would you like to talk to his wife and she said your not his wife and I said no.
