Got a call from these people. Asked us to call back at a certain extension but never said what company it was or what the subject matter was. Has called three times now with no additional information. I am blocking the number. This is spam and they need to stop calling and bothering us.

I just got a call from this company and the associate without identifying herself starts out to be so rude!!!1. so I asked her she is with and she says prince parker and she kept cutting me off so I hung up. I googled the company and the first thing I see is another person making a comment about how rude they are!!!. Very interesting... it is definitely a trend with them.

I have actually JUST filed a greivance through the Attorney General Office in Pa because they continually call my employers AFTER being asked not to. I have also obtained an attorney and will proceed accordingly. POOR cunsumer relations.

Keep calling, demanding payment from someone who does not even work here. Extremely rude, impolite, refuse to stop calling, saying to pay the money due, being called childish. The person starts in even before she knows with whom she is speaking, which is not the person she thinks it is or supposedly owes money. She has violated confidentiality of who ever or what ever business allegedly owes them money.

These people are awful!!! I had to hang up on them every time they called because they were so rude. We had a discrepancy on our bill & I had a case number. They didn't care continued to harass our employees!!!

Their clients should stop getting services from this company. I don't even owe them anything. The lady called me 2 times and she is RUDE!!! I told her the week before my account was already paid. Now for the second time, she called me and sounds like I'm lying to get away with a debt even after telling her I have confirmation email and giving her the date of payment and a valid confirmation number. I agree, I don't like the way they talk. Today is the second time they call even after telling them last week I already told them I paid my balance in full and even gave them the confirmation number and the tone of the conversation seems like I was lying to them. They were given the confirmation number and date of payment, what else do they want? MARCO was and will probably be the worst representavive I have ever had contact with. MARCO you are rude, disrespectfull and honestly a discrace to the human race. And pam you are a ignorate person to. You both will do what ever it takes to get your commission. People be aware of these people if they call you hang up. VERY RUDE... I was told that she was calling to collect a debt, she said her name so quickly I didn't hear it. I asked for proof that this was my account. I was stopped at every sentence I tried to reply with continuing condescending and rude comments without providing information or answers to any of the questions I was asking regarding the account.
