This was my first massage. Barbara was amazing! I was a little nervous beforehand, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She was kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. The atmosphere was relaxing, and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Barbara is an amazing massage therapist! She makes you feel comfortable right away and really listens to what your body needs. Her technique is spot on, When I got injured at work and she really helped with the recovery and mobility in my left arm within 2 sessions. She’s very passionate about her work, highly would recommend if you’re a athlete or just some R&R
This is my secret weapon- cupping that decreases inflammation every 3 weeks so I can continue all my activities including resistance training.
