Very frustrating!!! We recently moved to Midway. I booked an appointment for my wife and I to have our annual checkups TWO months ago. I was told that they took both her insurance and mine. When we arrived today (July 3) I was told that they no longer take Select Health (my insurance). I called Select Health and was told that the dentist severed his contract with Select Health back in February of this year. I made these appointments TWO months ago in May. I left an honest review about the horrible experience I had here at Prince dental and miraculously it doesnt show up...thanks for costing me $1800 for a new veneer.

I really liked going into Dr. Prince’s office! Everything felt so safe and clean. They take seriously excellent Covid protections! The office is so professional and gentle and conscientious! I am really glad that they are here.
False advertising- we used the $1 exam and xray for uninsured patients but no one told us about the fee for cleaning. So I still had to pay over $100 for my kids to be seen. I was not happy about that undisclosed charge.

Everything from a basic cleaning to root canals and crowns is such an easy pleasant experience. Literally zero pain! Not even after the anesthetic wears off! Beautiful work and wonderful staff! Billing department is A++++++ I’m moving my family to midway soon and so far Prince Dental and the view of Timpanogos are the best of what we have to look forward to. Thank you all!!!
The staff is always super friendly and they make you feel like you’ve known them for years. I would highly recommend them.
