Travis was excellent and we were able to test drive and purchase the car in about an hour and a half from start to finish. I highly recommend Prince Auto and specifically Travis for you car needs!
Very easy to work with this Dealer. Thought the Volvo purchased was great looking and a great deal at the price offered.
We drove from our home to a dealer over an hour away, went into the bank to get a cashier's check to buy the car, and the teller asked if the salesman was the owner and then proceeded to tell me how nice a man he was. I already had a good feeling from a phone conversation during which he answered all of my questions but this teller's comments really made me feel good about his character and honesty. I got the car I had been looking for at a fair price! It was worth the drive!
Straight forward information and transparent pricing. Not pushy but there with answers when needed.
Salesman was pleasant, I would look there again if I found a car they advertised that fit my particulars.
I don't know if it's good or bad they seem to be terrible busy but they took care of me but they are still working with me so far so good no problems so far they have been very very helpful holding my hand when they can would like to follow up when we are through
I called this dealer over and over and over after being told that “the vehicle would be ready tomorrow”. I called almost everyday for over a week and gave up. I never received pics like I was promised nor did my son. I was very very interested in the vehicle. I’m sure it’s sold now.
