Since we wanted to not have an impound account and told them at the beginning of the loan process. They acknowledged it. But surprise surprise, 2 days before closing they send me the loan monthly payment breakdown with not only taxes impounded but insurance too. Plus they were supposed to give me $30,000 back towards costs, and was nowhere to be found in the final documents. We wanted to refinance, which cost me a lot to eliminate the impound account. This was the crappiest experience I've ever had with a lender, out of 8-9 ... read more

They lie to customers . They say they will reimburse you of the $5 wire transfer. Later when you ask for the charges they say talk something else. Also. They don't act as being responsible and professional.
