Since we wanted to not have an impound account and told them at the beginning of the loan process. They acknowledged it. But surprise surprise, 2 days before closing they send me the loan monthly payment breakdown with not only taxes impounded but insurance too. Plus they were supposed to give me $30,000 back towards costs, and was nowhere to be found in the final documents. We wanted to refinance, which cost me a lot to eliminate the impound account. They lie to customers . They say they will reimburse you of the $5 wire transfer. Later when you ask for the charges they say talk something else. Also. They don't act as being responsible and professional.
My refinance went though fast and successful. Thanks Primus
