Past employee for this place. Do NOT recommend eating here nor being an employee for them.
Food through delivery arrived completely different than what was listed in the menu. When we called they said no-one there was in charge, and to call back later. They then started arguing that it wasn't their problem
Go to Clark’s instead. Better food, the customer service is MILES better. Finally ordered via Uber since I could never get them on the phone. This place does not serve what is listed on the menu. They don’t have a manager on the weekends. Their staff is rude and insists that they just work there, so they don’t have to actually do anything. But they’ll take your name and number IF you press. This is not a communication breakdown at this point. It’s a quality of business breakdown.
Wow, what an awful experience. It's a stormy night and I was in the mood for some soup. I spotted this place a couple weeks back upon going to Clark's Bistro and Pub (amazing by the way) for dinner a couple weeks back. In the window I saw "world famous" Hungarian mushroom soup advertised. I love Hungarian mushroom soup. I suddenly remembered seeing this and had to have it. I tried calling the business to order take out this evening and no one answered. I figured they must be on the other line. So I waited 5 minutes, tried ag... read more
Delicious breakfast you don’t have to feel guilty eating—unless you order the bananas foster waffle; it’s nothing but guilt and shame that tastes so good.
Not a place to visit if you are in a hurry. BUT, the food was delicious and definitely homemade to order. Potatoes were over and under done, which happens if you try to cook them too fast. Omelette was the beat I've had in a while, full of flavor. Service is hit or miss. One server was fun and friendly, on top of refills, etc. The other server was harried and a bit overworked, her own fault for keeping so many tables for herself.
Only one server on Thursday night, Caylie she did a great job but was running from outside to inside. We go often and have great service. My only recommendations are to stock your cocktail drink items, like fresh mint for mojitos, make sure your happy hour items are in stock and ready for that limited time frame.
Unfortunately, our experience at Primrose was less than exceptional. We went for brunch and were offered $5 “bottomless mimosas”; however, we were cut off and handed the bill after our meal. The entrees offered less food than advertised, and apparently the owner was cooking so I’m not sure if that tied into the portion size. I was underwhelmed to say the least. In the past during our visits to Primrose the hospitality was top notch. Not sure if management or staff changes contributed to our poor experience. I would love to s... read more
