This place is the worst! I pulled my son out after many issues and verbally gave them a date of our last week. A month later when I pulled my son out they said I had to pay for another month of service because I never filled out the proper paperwork. I communicated the departure and not one person informed me of this document. I refused to pay for a month of service I never received! School went downhill after the Hines took over in 2010. She tried to explain a situation as "You're a teacher, you know how this works." That was it for us- what she did was unexcusable and unprofessional. Thankfully former owners had other locations and we rejoined our "family" up in the Hamilton Mill area. 8 years later, we are sad to see our youngest of 4 getting prepared for Kindergarten next year. There is a reason all the original staff left after they took over....and they are ALL at another daycare in Hamilton Mill. ... read more
