Attentive, friendly staff led by a talented owner in a beautiful salon - my new favorite place!
Very upset. I brought my 11yr. old daughter in for a simple haircut. She wanted to add little whispy side bangs.. She ended up with blunt, uneven bangs that were angled the wrong way. They were started way to far back on her head, which made them thick.. She was hysterical before we left. The more the stylist tried to fix, the more nervous I became, worrying they would get too short for anyone to even attempt to fix. Heather and her crew at primp are AMAZING !! Not only is the salon very cool looking it is absolutely spotless!! Everyone is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable and provide you with s relaxing experience from the minute you walk in the door. After finishing chemo, my hair became curly and the texture was eek! Not to mention the way it grew in was funky! Heather spent so much time with me. She gave me an amazing keratin and some temporary extensions, even a purple one to remind me to fight against and for a cure... read more
