Kind and friendly staff. I got the eggplant sandwich and the ingredients were very mid. My husband got an old italian hoagie and it was inedible. The meat was chewy and the bread was extremely hard. We spent $30 for two subs. Would not recommend.
I love Primo Hoagies and have eaten at a few different locations in Philly and Pittsburgh but this one is disappointing. The Hoagie I picked up yesterday had GREEN tomatoes on it!!!!! Not close to being ripe, still GREEN. It tells me this location doesn't pay attention to quality ingredients. Yes, tomatoes may not be "in season" but there are MANY sources for good quality ripe tomatoes this time of year. Very disappointing from a brand I love.

This is my favorite sub shop now. The roll is really fresh and delicious and the staff really do a fantastic job
