Awful. Ordered a meatball sub, and like another reviewer mentioned, my meatballs were lukewarm and the cheese fridge cold. Pretty poor for a $15 sub, and my wife’s $19.00 (!!!!) chicken parm sub tasted freezer burnt. First and last time at eating at a Primo Hoagies
My Husband and I stopped in this evening. The 2 gentlemen were fantastic! Cheerful, upbeat and helped with suggestions. Food was fast, hot and fresh. They were able to give me a no carb option! They represent this business very very well! Great job guys! Thank you for your hard work!
Absolutely loved this area! Very nice area to enjoy a meal outside.
I was greatly disappointed and will not be coming back. My first impression was a crew of very unenthusiastic/low energy staff. It did not feel welcoming. On top of that, it was so quiet and awkward. No music playing, just staff talking and laughing with each other while we all waited in silence for our food. I was told my meatball sub would be toasted, but when I unwrapped it, the cheese was cold and the bread was not toasted at all. The meatballs, barely warm.
