Water Heater went out. Could not get the pilot to re-light. Got Tom's name and number from our old plumber who retired. Called; left a message. Half an hour later Tom calls back. Gave him the Model and Serial. Called back after half an hour with 2 quotes, depending on what actually went bad, either $250 or $500 to fix a unit in otherwise perfect condition.
