No wonder this place is not busy on Verdugo blvd. in la Crescenta. The girl in charge has no customer service skills and extremely slow, I was there 10:40 am had to wait till 11:30 for my turn with only 2 people ahead of me, my blood draw took 5 minutes from beginning to end so did the other 2. Also who signs a blank contract I want to know. This place is a no go. Terrible.
Great lab! Excited to speak with live people instead of automated systems. Staff member was really pleasant, polite, and very helpful. I think her name was Jasmine . Thank you for being so helpful i can truly appreciate being able to speak to an actual person.

This lab is a scam. They charged me for a lab service my insurance already paid, 8 months after the service. I have no idea how they have not been shut down.
These people are a bunch of crock's. They are belling me for a service I had almost 2 years ago. And they want me to pay for some thing insurance company paid, and also something they should contact my insurance company not me, my insurance company asked for records of services but they never provided them with it.
