Best customer service of any Vet's Office we've been to. Would highly recommend 🙌🏼
PrimeVet worked with us and our kitty. He isn't the easiest to handle when it comes to shots but they didn't grimace or say anything negative. They worked with what we could afford, were more than friendly, and made us feel comfortable and cared for. The vet tech was sweet and knowledgeable, and she held our cat even though he wasn't being the most friendly. Their facilities are clean, and they even called to check up on our cat after every visit. I love this vet and would recommend them to anyone. They seem like family! �
The responsiveness of the staff out front and the time and care Doctor Holloway took to explain everything was second to none. I Interviewed several vets with ortho surgical capabilities before deciding to bring Milo here, and that was largely based on responsiveness, genuine care, and the Dr putting the pet's best interests ahead of just pushing a much more invasive and expensive surgery as all others did. Brought my little Hugo here for his first check up. The office is very clean, the staff were awesome and greeted us by name when we walked in the door. The wait time was zero. I could have saved a few dollars by going to one of the cheaper walk in and wait clinics in Orange Park, but I work and do not have time to wait for three or four hours to be seen. Without a doubt, the best Animal Hospital I have ever taken a pet to. The stall is very friendly,knowledgeable and compassionate about their chosen profession. They seem to genuinely care about the pets that come in. They are very helpful and explain everything step by step and offer advise on any pet related issues that they are presented with.
