RecommendedI had to take our beloved girl Lucy to do what I never imagined I’d have to do. Dr. McAlpin was so kind and patient with me.. it was such a difficult and painful decision to make. And after it was over the staff sent us a beautiful card with Lucy’s paw print on it. I will never forget the kindness, compassion, and love you showed us both at such an awful time.
RecommendedThis place is amazing. I started out at Banfield, and it was so horrible. Have been taking my sweet golden puppy there for the past few months and Dr. McAlpin is amazing. Her staff is so friendly, and so wonderful. My dog’s health has improved tremendously (hot spots, and allergies are now GONE). He just got neutered and there is no team I would have trusted more with Mufasa ❤️

What can I say? Dr McAlpin and staff have been my vet almost a year. They have helped everyone of my dogs then came Miss Mini Pearl who got pneumonia at 12 weeks. She was near death. She’s recovering and back to puppying thanks to Dr McAlpin and staff. She’s gained a whole pound and eating like a little piggie. She’s playing with her brother Monte and acting like a 3 month old pup. Thank you all so very much! ����

Thank you MELISSA and staff at Prime vet for being so kind, compassionate, understanding and accommodating! You made my moms experience of having to put her kitty down better than we could have imagined! You were there for us when other vets in the are (including my current one that will now be our previous vet) wanted us to wait and get a full evaluation and only saw dollar signs on an elderly lady that is on limited income! I did consider a lot of vet before going to this place. They do really take good care of my Sophie. Only down side is they don’t accept checks as payment specially when I maxed out on my spending limit on my debit card for the day good thing I did have cash with me.
