Had a seamless and overwhelmingly positive experience with Prime UC. Their facility was spotless, and I was able to be seen without a wait for an appointment. Both the receptionist/provider Lori and the PA Lutchana were a true pleasure to work with, and I would gladly recommend this practice.
We had to make a last-minute decision to bring my fiancé in for a wrist injury and were worried because they were close to closing, but Carmen answered the phone and immediately put us at ease, telling us not to worry and to come in.
