It's way better than planet fitness, you can really get a hard intense workout.
We left Fitness One to come here. Anyone serious about their goals and using lots of options for weights and machines needs to come here! The staff is not stuck up and rude AT ALL like other places, and the dumbbell rack is amazing! They have straight barbells (Fitness One does not) and way more weight options for all free weights. I'm so glad we switched, we aren't waiting for machines or cables and it's just so much better
A good well run with courteous staff and great equipment. They have very good verity of equipment. With both free weights and weight machines. They have a good selection of cardo equipment. I have worked out at most every gym in Town and would recommend Primetime to any one that is looking for serious work out
