I went to this location just to get a poutine, no employee showed up to take my order, another customer came there and both of us were calling someone from the store to order food, after 10 minutes a lady showed up with a sleepy face and no greeting for the customer and saying she is not serving poutine. Ridiculous
The donair is not tasty I throw away
Went to the prime time donair Northgate Service was terrible Customer service o/10 it was my first time ordering from the menu. I didn’t know anything about the menu and she didn’t have any patient with me. I mean, you need to upsell your product guide the customers through the menu and the fries were hard I I didn’t enjoy my meal at all. I had to throw it away. Bad……: customer service
Hi sometimes I usually go to there at the northgate location in the evening around 3 or 4 or 5. I ask for poutine they say there are out, I haven’t seen any food places are out of stock there should be extra not less.
You need to take care of your customers and improve your food quality.
