This place is awesome the food is amazing and fillling. The portion sizes were quite big and the service was pretty fast and nice .
The girl who is serving did not greet and it was like she does not want to serve the food kind of rude. Really bad attitude towards customer service. Not devoted to work.
My 3 years old son got food poisoning after eating their Kids meal ( chicken fingers n fries )
I have been to a few PT Donair locations but this one truly disappointed. Ordered the smash burger, the two beef patties were basically one patty split into two. Have ordered smash burgers at other PT locations- there are actually 2 good sized patties. Not very nice to deceive patrons by claiming 2 patties when in reality its one patty split into two to make really paper thin patties.(Southgate mall location-Saturday Nov 8, 2025 12-1pm)
