Terrible experience at this donair shop. The owner is openly racist, making nasty comments and giving dirty looks toward Punjabi people. The staff are lazy and more interested in gossiping than doing their jobs. I used to go at windermere location. That was wayy better. Sad! Its closed now.
Worst location to pick up food, been waiting 30mins and still don’t have my food. I only ordered one Donair poutine.
I just spent nearly $48 and walked away with absolutely nothing worth that price. I had been out of town for 3 months and was genuinely looking forward to the familiar taste I used to enjoy at Prime Time Windermere. Unfortunately, I discovered that location is permanently closed, so I decided to try this one assuming the quality would be the same. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
