I am surprised to see the condition of this location. Lights are not working and cleanliness is an issue. When I told the staff they said the owners are aware of it. I wanted to give some tips and came to know that the owners have removed the tip jar from the counter. I love the food but very disappointed to see the lack of owners support to their staff and the poor condition of their store.
This place makes the worst donairs. They dont know how to wrap them properly. I ordered on skip they came with no sauce inside or veggies in one. Small sizes for the price. You want a good donair? Go to donair bros im terwillger or swiss in the north side best donairs. This place puts no love in the way they make donairs and if you think their good youve mever had a real donair
I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I recall the prime-time locations always closing at 10 pm. However, on today's visit, we arrived at 8:30 pm and were asked to leave at 8:55 p.m., before we had finished our meal. The staff member repeatedly mentioned the impending closing time, even while serving our food. We requested extra sweet sauce for our poutines and received an excessive amount—nearly half a bottle per serving.
