Do not trust PrimeStar! They took my money back in September, and have yet to even attempt to schedule my roof replacement. I have sent email after email, and called over and over only to get a voice message. Multiple messages have been left without a single response. They stole my money over a year ago and never started the project. I can’t reach anyone via email or phone. Crocks, do not use this company for anything. They are currently under investigation for fraud by many people.

I have with Nick Alexandar before. I have never dealt with such an honest and forthright rep in the home improvement field. He stayed involved every step of the way. The job was done exactly as contracted and on time. There was virtually no cleanup! And Nick did all of the work with the insurance company! I won't deal with anyone else! Unfortunately.while working with Nick was great, the quality of the materials used was terrible! Need. A new roof already.

I really didn’t want to give a bad review but being that they keep giving me the runaround on fixing my issues. I had the worst roofing experience and communication from them. The person that was left in charge was sent somewhere else and when he came back he had to fix the screw ups...I’ll leave it at that. ***UPDATE*** It wouldn’t let me respond to your answer. I gave Primestar Property Solutions a $2,500 deposit in October of 2019. The work never was started. I received an e-mail and a voicemail by Christmas. I mailed a certified letter in April of 2020 requesting a refund and received no response. I submitted a case with the Better Business Bureau in May of 2020 and Primestar did not respond to the BBB. I was fortunate to have continued with another reputable company since it appears that I would have had nothing but problems if Primestar had done the work.
