Excellent customer service. Increasing benefit rider is a wonderful feature for families that need benefits to increase gradually on the life insurance. People who don't listen to the agent when they explain this benefit are the ones to complain about it going up. Speak to your agent to understand what you have. They make it clear and help you get to financial independence.

Despite telling Rashid J**** (in California) that I hd no dependents and did not understand why I would need a life insurance policy at all, he ignored my concerns and pushed for a $200,000 policy anyway, and basically called me stupid when I decided to back out. I requested a sizeable redemption check from my money market account on February 10, 2021. After not receiving the check in over two weeks I contacted Primerica. Primerica cancelled the previous check and sent me a replacement check on March 9, 2021. I immediately deposited it and it showed up as positive deposit in my checking account March 19, 2021. Primerica "conducts business" by recruiting people outside of business hours from 9am-5pm. Primerica holds large social gatherings of 100+ people from 10pm - 3am. Similar to sales, the employees get paid for finding new recruits. The recruit social gatherings include loud music beyond the City Noise Ordinances, the revving of sport cars' engines, and very rambunctious recruits, new salesmen, or potential buyers. My mother recently submitted a transfer to have her money sent from her Primerica account to another brokerage account. We are coming up on 2 months and still, the money has not hit her E-Trade account. On her account's history tab it shows this transfer was initiated on January 11th. When I called customer service, the agent was of zero help! She just kept saying the transfer was initiated and that she had no other info to provide.
