DO NOT DO Business with these people. My father has paid them thousands of dollars over the years for life insurance. He was starting to have dementia problems and missed one payment. He had a stroke and ended up in a long term care rehab facility. I took over the finances for my mom. I use to have a cash value life insurance and a Primerica agent offered to review my policy to help me understand my contract. I am very confident that my old policy was replaced by a term insurance and now I even have true investments that has been earning great. I am so greatful to this company for educating me on the truth about money.

I am so disappointed in this company. I have called, emailed, called again, called the local agent.....tried the website...I cannot get in touch with a REAL person who can help this old lady out with a policy issue. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. OMG! Really? Just disappointed since I have had a policy with them for YEARS! Come on. I'm 77, so yeah.....years! They offer a 30 refund period BUT NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO US ABOUT A REFUND. Plus they're STILL taking money out of my bank. Stay far away from this company!!!
