I am not happy with the customer service that I received from this company. Despite leaving emails and voicemail messages I can't get a response from my agent or his assistant. If you don't want me as a customer, you are doing a good job of accomplishing that.

It was a while ago, but feel the need to give my two cents on this scam of a company. A couple years back I was in college and through one way or another, was recommended to Primerica for a job through a coworker at my current job. Primerica uses job sites to look and troll for leads. They create job listings hoping you'll contact them, then they start their sales pitch.99.9% of the ad's do NOT tell you it is a commission based job. The listings do NOT tell you you have to pay them to get your insurance license to sell.They create the listings to look like a typical customer service job listing. This company should not be trusted! Had a recurring debit out of my checking account for many years. Then on 1 occasion they debited any extra $400 out of my checking account with no notice and it wasnt in my primerica account. So just gone! They couldnt trace it or anything! DONT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BANKING INFORMATION!! SCAM!!!

From what i have gathered with just the few weeks i been in training. This place is a big scam because, i gave family and friends numbers for what they said was character reference and they call them asking if they want a job when i told them that they don't need new jobs. I feel like i been lied to.

I have been wrestling with ********************* Insurance (out of Long Island City, **) to cancel a life insurance policy for two years. They continue to send bills to my elderly mother, which she pays if I don't intercept them. I submitted a cancellation in writing, via email, via phone... to no avail. They claim to have NO record of the cancellation, or of any of the multiple calls. So at best they're too disorganized to remain in business. One of the most sketchy and illegitimate business experiences Ive ever been apart of. I had just graduated college and was in the market for a job. I took an interview from a guy who reached out to me through LinkedIn. I interviewed with 2 people. I was then instructed to relinquish the details of my credit card for them to charge me a small training fee. This training fee turned into a monthly subscription that I did not authorize. This company and it's employees are deceptive at best. One of the longer MLMs still in business. When confronted with shady practices they block, deflect and run. If you want to become a master scammer join this company. They've got it down to a science. They definitely do not deserve a single star.
