Unfortunately I do not have the same great experience with the New Manager. Her customer attention is rude and complicated to be dealing with patients. They had a great crew working there until they brought Ziola or Zoila. Terrible attitude and the rest of the employees left. Now they have incompetent personnel now. Ingrid Cervera is the worst practitioner I’ve seen in my life. Extremely rude and denied running tests after I complained of pain. Turns out I was correct and the issue was “real.” Her response to me coming to the office to request a referral was “why are you here again?” along with her lovely resting … face. Their response would be that they have no one under my name in their records but that’s because I changed my name this year. Mind you this was about more than a year ago but I had to forewarn.
Quick and easy also they did the lab test in the same place
La atención espantosa cada vez q necesitas un referido tienes q estar llamando y llamando y cuando te lo hacen te lo hacen mal perdí dos citas con ellos porq no te hacen las cosas bien pero son buenas a estar platicando pero el trabajo es malísimo y si les reclamas se plena bravas les falta mucha ética profecional a ese personal ahí
