Rob was absolutely fantastic , I was doing a 203k construction loan and having a hard way to go with contractors. He hooked me up with a guy who was HUD certified for my inspection that he had worked with personally in the past as well as an awesome very responsive helpful GC to help me get the loan closed. We had a short close window and his team helped to get it accross the goal line! Thanks Rob look forward to working through the construction process with ya!
We worked with Rob Diederichsen and he made the whole process seem as easy as possible. He clearly communicated throughout the entire process, was able to quickly answer any questions we had, and we were able to close on our house in the span of about 30 days.
