Applied for a loan, wanted a ton of documents and when provided still would come back asking for more documents. Spent over 2 months working to satisfy them. Underwriter would say once we have this then the loan wil be approved only to come back over 4 times wanting more. This company was provided with our Trust Declaration and wanted the complete Trust, which we have NEVER provided to any institution, opening up bank accounts in the Trust name with only the Trust Certificate.
