My husband and I went here to celebrate his birthday - he has been wanting to try the dry aged beef for a long time. We had a few drinks before dinner and the bartenders service was excellent. David was our superior server and it was one of the best meals of my life! Pop overs great! Miyazaki beef on a Himalayan salt block appetizer was mind blowing! We split a 55 day aged ribeye and a 40 day aged ribeye so we could taste the difference. They were insanely good!! Also we had the side of the roasted potatoes and they were also amazing!!! Everything was perfect! And to top it off the manager gave us a tour of David Burkes dried age meat room!! It could not have been better! Thank y'all so much for a fantastic evenin... read more
