I love Prime Fit. Damo and Ben are so lovely and welcoming and incredibly supportive of your individual goals. I've seen Damo for years for nutrition coaching and he's helped me through many phases of my life and helped me meet my nutrition goals for both sports performance and weight loss. Highly recommend Damo & Prime Fit to anyone wanting to join a welcoming space, or to receive expert nutrition guidance.

"I'm loving my experience at Prime Fit Gym! The Trainers are super friendly and the equipment is top-notch. I especially enjoy the morning workout - they're a great way to start the day! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, and I've seen some amazing transformations in fellow members. Highly recommend!"

There's a shortage of real, quality, and heart/community-driven small gyms around these days. The team here provides a welcoming environment, and a diverse selection of equipment and services. Signing up was easy, as was ending the month-to-month contract when I was no longer working in the area. They're good people.

Great small gym, fantastic culture and Damo is the kind of coach/owner you want to have around. If you live or work nearby then you should sign-up. It has all the equipment you would need and more for powerlifting, bodybuilding, cross-training, and more. No lock-in contracts, easy to sign up, and easy to cancel (as unfortunate as it may be to have to do so). They're good people and deserve the support from the community.
