The experience was great. Office staff did great as well

Great experience.
So the nurse practitioners are very good … but the ladies in the office don’t get back with you when you call which is very unprofessional and also they call they self the weight loss clinic when the office don’t know how to write up the medication to get approve by the insurance company when my insurance company saying they not writing it up right I just wish they get better and more professional people to work in the office to do they job correctly
