The owner did an awesome job on the installation of my dash cameras in my Lexus. The price was fair and it was a quality installation. I would highly recommend Primed Auto for any installs!
It’s amazing with the installation for my CarPlay which I bought from Amazon for Balck Friday promotion.
*UPDATE* Took my car to another shop and they were baffled at what these guys did. They didn't use mounts inside my door and drilled new holes - again without asking. They routed the DSP wrong. Basically they don't know what they are doing. These aren't even electric car issues, this is day one stuff anybody knows, Stay far away from this shop. * I’m bummed I have to write this because everyone at the shop is nice, but they fully let me down on my install. This place is super shady. The dash camera I bought from them, stop working after 3 months. At first they said I had a one year warranty, when they first sold it to me. Adam the owner said I had the old model for the dash cam and I later called Acumen and they mentioned I have the newest model. The M4. Adam tried charging me $450 for the same model I have. Also, when they replaced my rear view camera, they never gave back my original camera.. they kept it and didn’t mention anything. I didn’t know it was swapped out. Found o... read more
