My mother was seen by staff at the New Smyrna Beach PrimeCare location. We were so appreciative to be greeted by kind experienced staff who expedited her diagnosis and course of treatment. They truly saved her from a life threatening infection. I highly recommend this local healthcare facility and proud to have this location near by! Thanks again!
Just went to prime care in new Smyrna beach today, visiting from out of town, and we got right in, diagnosed and treated with prescriptions right away, no time wasted! Staff was friendly, dr was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable, and facility was clean! Five stars!!!
Very friendly staff. Fast and courteous. Excellent care. Thank you!!
The girl Tammy at front desk was totally rude. Came here with my 10 year old daughter for a wrist injury. Well aware they don't take our insurance but not wanting to sit in a local ER for days came here. Told them i would pay. Tammy demands $169 immediately to be seen. Then go in room Dr Sarah with no personality says an x-ray is $110. I said ok. She leaves room and we sit thinking someone is coming to take them. I had a short wait, the staff was very accommodating and the doctor was patient with me trying to explain my situation. I wasn't sure what I had done to my foot but he explained it appeared to be a sprain. I the facility was local and I didn't have to travel to the emergency room at my regular hospital. I was quite pleased.
I have used Prime Care myself and for my granddaughter. It's comforting to know that there is a medical facility nearby that provides quality care when I can't get home to myPCP. Thank for making my visit worthwhile.
It was a very easy process and they took us back in about 10 minutes but then we had to wait in the room about 20-30 minutes
