I'm becoming disappointed with their new appointment scheduling method. Care has been good, but this thing where u call in for a same day appointment and they want to fill their schedule for their convinence so they can leave early if they don't have a full schedule up till 4 or 5 is horrible customer service!!! Not every parent has an EMERGENT issue that makes it necessary to take off work to take their kid to the dr for the convenience of the staff! I should be able to take any open appointment between their business hours... read more
