RecommendedSo very thankful for Primecare Pediatrics. They take such good care of my son. Dr Tega and the NPs are top notch. They provide loving care. The office staff is super friendly. As an added bonus - they stay open late and half days on Saturday’s.
After almost 5 years with Dr. Tega i have decided to change to another pediatrician! While I love Dr. Tega, his staff is every unprofessional and rude. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Every time we come there is a new set of staff. If you can jump through the staff to see Dr. Tega he is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately the staff have caused me to decide the change.
Awful Services! How can you denied healthcare to a children just because he’s sick. You have an unethical practice you parade same day appointment for such children and yet you do not honor that! Don’t treat your children at prime care pediatrics!
The after hours are great and Dr Tega is great. He takes his time with you and really listens.
the doctors there are great,but the staff and doctors need to be on the same page cause I called to see if my daughter come in for a sick appointment this morning and got a later time to come in after 6pm. but the doctors always say sick kids are welcome anytime. this is why parents get mad. don't tell the parents one thing and the staff turns them away cause you didn't tell them always have sick patients come in. I love Primcare Pediatrics. Dr Tega is amazing and the staff is very professional and caring. They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If your kids are sick they always find a way to get them seen as soon as possible and I love the fact that they treat these kids as their own children. I appreciate everything they do for my kids and I will always recommend them to everyone.
My first appointment here the nurse practitioner stated she "hated my previous pediatrician" and then also stated "they did not get along" which is her own opinion but from a professional outlook this should not have been said. I LOVED my previous pediatrician. They respected me as the mother, unlike this pediatrician. I was also told if I did not get a vaccine for my child that he could no longer be a patient. I am not against vaccines but it is my choice on which ones and at what age I want my child to have them. I will be... read more
