Nothing but waiting and waiting, and run around after run around. My daughter's specialist referral has been delayed by two months... and still waiting.
The WORST medical group I have ever dealt with. Your coverage is minuscule, and even specialist visits approved by Optum will be kicked back to you months later, denied with reason that you "were not covered at the time." What? If you have an HMO and PCP, your referrals can take a month to go through. It's complete madness. Called 2 days ago to get assistance on a claim. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, opted for the call-back option. After not getting a call back, tried again today. As I write this review, I have been on hold for 2 hours 12 minutes, 27 seconds. This is unacceptable customer service.
