My experience was on point from the time I reached out to staffing in Albany until my Mother passed away with Hospice. My mother name was Betty Walden. It had to be GOD because she had the best nurses, therapist, case managers, transport drivers, hospice care, caregivers, dialysis employees-admin staff-just all were a blessing to her AND me. Dealing with these people has been a nightmare. My questions are not answered, my calls are not returned. Im asked to respond over texts, but my texts are not answered either. When I tell Primecare about my frustrations I feel like Im blown off. This has not been a good experience, to say the least.
