I love the prime care Emergency center they are great i have had a wonderful experience when i have came and been seen i love DR.LEE as well as Shannan RN and sajah the tech and Kateri the OA they have quick great service and have bed side manners i would definitely recommend

Came in with a friend and she was treated quickly. All of the staff were friendly and caring. They took the time to listen to concerns about medication. They went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable (offered blankets and water).
Our family uses Prime Care faithfully.. We always get the best service. Today Care was provided by Veronica, Melanie, Heather and Adrienne.. I felt like a VIP..
Shannon the Rn nurse, Sajan the Tech, and Katei and Heather, Pa we’re all very kind and helpful to my husband with his health issues that brought him here.

Had to leave and go to a different emergency care because wife was refused service due to her not having her insurance card from United even though she had been there recently. Was treated very unfairly after being told that they recommend that we go to a hospital emergency room they just really didn't want to deal with us at all. Got to the point my wife was upset and telling them how to verify her insurance with her ID and just felt like wow everywhere it's just unjust results from.
